If you do not have a order form, please print the following information on a sheet of paper:
name, address, phone number, e-mail, item names, item numbers, quantities, shipping and handling and all applicable taxes. Please see information below regarding shipping and handling charges. If paying by credit card, please include card number, expiry date and signature.

Payment Methods

We accept MasterCard, Visa and e-Transfer for all order methods.
E-mail, phone and mail order payment may also be made by cheque or money order made payable to "Blossoming Minds". Please notify us if you wish to pay by e-transfer.
Online orders are not payable by cheque or money order. When you submit your order online, you will receive an automatic email with your subtotal.
You will then receive a personal e-mail from Blossoming Minds within 24 hours confirming your final total, including shipping costs and taxes.

Delivery

Orders are shipped Canada Post.
You can expect to receive your order in 2 to 3 weeks, however out of stock items may take longer.

Shipping & Handling
 

Instead of using a sliding scale, shipping is calculated on weight and distance based on Canada Post pricing. Whenever you place an online or phone order, we will get back to you within twenty four hours with the shipping cost and the total of your order. If ordering by mail, please call in to confirm your shipping cost before mailing your order and payment. We feel that this is the fairest method of shipping that we can offer to our customers. Please note that we do not add a handling charge to your order. We choose to absorb this cost instead.


Price Changes

Prices subject to change without notice.
If there is a significant increase in the cost of an item, we will notify you before shipping.

Refunds

For a full refund (less shipping and 10% restocking fee), items must be securely packaged and in perfect, resaleable condition. Items must be returned within 30 days.
Please call in advance for a restocking confirmation number.

Note: No refunds or exchanges on special orders, videos, cassettes or CDs,
unless due to a manufacturer defect.
 
Taxes
 

GST/HST:  All Provinces – add 5% GST to all items & to shipping costs.

GST/HST:  Ontario, Newfoundland Labrador, and New Brunswick – add the additional 8% portion of the HST to all items marked with a J and to all shipping costs.

GST/HST: British Columbia – add the additional 7% portion of the HST to all items marked with a J and to all shipping costs.  

 

GST/HST:  Nova Scotia - add the additional 10% portion of the HST to all items marked with a J and to all shipping costs.

 

GST/HST: Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec, Saskatchewan, PEI, Northwest Territories & Nunavut - add 5% GST to all items & to all shipping costs.

 

USA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: There will be no taxes charged on orders to these destinations. Please be informed about your country's taxes, brokerage and customs fees – these charges will be your responsibility.


 
NSF Cheques

NSF Cheques will incur a $30 charge.
